Colorado

These terms use the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Conflict rules that would point elsewhere are set aside. Disputes are handled by Colorado courts that have jurisdiction.

Cloth, bird, and garment

A canopy passage is a general description. It is not an installation drawing, a building permit, or a tent order. A finch-mark passage is a general description. It is not a stock number, an identification certificate, or an offer to sell. Clothing is not displayed here, and no price is quoted. For a permit or on-site installation, contact the local authority or a qualified practitioner. A note on this site is not a tent quote, a bird sale, or a clothing order.

Listing Card, Perch Line, and Shade Reading do not mean WILDER FINCH LLC is an official partner of any platform. They do not guarantee approval, installs, clicks, or revenue.

Declined letters

Do not send a request for a made-up review. Do not send a request for an incentivized install, for account farming, for account rental, for false traffic, or for a plan to evade platform rules. Those letters are declined.

You should have the right to the attachments you send. Passwords, payment cards, and someone else's identity document are not welcome.

Who owns the pages

Unless a passage is marked as coming from your letter, site text and line drawings belong to WILDER FINCH LLC. A personal copy for checking is allowed. Making a product out of the site, or speaking as the company, needs written consent.

Published facts — name, address, phone, email, license number, D-U-N-S — are there to be checked. Service pages describe written notes. They are not an offer unless a later written reply says so.

Pages may be imperfect

The site is offered as it stands. To the extent the law allows, uninterrupted or error-free pages are not warranted. If a company record changes, Company Information carries the revision to use. To the extent the law allows, WILDER FINCH LLC is not liable for indirect loss from using the site or from relying on a general note. This does not cut out liability that applicable law forbids anyone to exclude.

An outward link is under that other site's terms. Social links and store links are not placed on the current pages. Font files come from Google Fonts, as the privacy policy describes.

By using this website you acknowledge these terms. Stop using the site if you do not agree. You may still correspond with the company off the site where the law allows.
